I doubt that a vent at the top would do much. Any condensation will go to the bottom anyway.

Got the rear end back together and back in the tractor today. Replaced the funky looking axle tube, new tube gaskets, new cork gasket while I had it out, new axle seals and a set of my braces. Every thing went well. Weather permitting I'll finish up the small stuff tomorrow and fire it up. Think I'm getting way too much practice doing these things, this is the 4th one this year.

Sam I dont remember seeing drilled disk brake rotors before is that after market or oem?

The rotors are OEM. The Cyclops supers have them, not sure about the older Supers. No idea why they did that. Not like they get hot.

Cub was thinking ahead. Knew the pullers would want them in a few years!

Or, was it for the drag racers....
