What is the easiest way to put on decals on a wide frame? I heard to use Windex on them to move them?

What model wide frame is it? and do you have the old ones off/ have a picture refference? Quiet lines are a little harder to do. If its a later model wide frame they arent as tricky. Windex helps you move them before the final stick and use a plastic scraper or credit card and gently work the bubbles (and Windex) out. Also use masking tape to help hold them in place. This is how i learned to do decals.

Don't use too much of the Windex, a little is all it takes. A mist instead of a dripping wet surface. Also warm soapy water is good. Wash the surface the decal will be applied to with soap and water, especially if it's new paint. Be sure that the decal has it's protective cover on the shiny side (surface facing up that you'll see when done) to protect it from scratches when you squeegee as you remove the air bubbles. I have applied decals to models Original up to the 1650 and all have turned out fine. Just take it slow. Some of the covering may need to be trimmed before you apply the decal. If so stay close to the edge but be sure not to cut into the decal. Squeegee the moisture away and let the decal alone for awhile (allows moisture to dissipate) Take your time peeling it off so you don't peel the decal off as you go. And most of all HAVE FUN:biggrin2.gif:

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
