Default Good week hauling in the Cubs

Just got back with this 126. Complete tractor, has lights and electric lift. I guess the lift may have died and this crazy hand lift was put on and damaged the fiberglass but I have a nice dash panel off a 127 for it. The seller didn't know much about it was his grand dad's. I've got a sleeve hitch going to put on it as well as the electric lift going back on. I lucked out on the lift was wandering where it was and saw it on a shelf so he threw it in the sale. Had to take the grille out to winch it up on the truck, couldn't get plow off at the time

Also got a 108 last Monday, got it running yesterday. Very pleased with that tractor. It cleaned up well. And has sleeve hitch. New points, solenoid, spark plug petcock and fuel line is all she took. The PO had a boat seat on it, got rid of that.
It had deestone 23x8.50s on it that looked looked goofy with that fender pan, so took them off and put them on my 124. Think they look good on it, the 108 got 23x10.50 turfs. Still have to change the gear oil and then just cosmetic dress up stuff

Nice pickups, any wheel weights?
I am doing the opposite, sold my 582, 1210, and the 7116.

Lew, no wheel weights. I'm never that lucky. I had to sell a 782 in order to get these and keep my word to my wife. Said I wouldn't buy anymore tractors unless I made money off selling stuff. Hated to see the 782 go but had two, think it went to a good home. I've had to pass on some good deals but it all works out

Looks nice.

Sucks about the hand lift. If they had gone and put an IH one on there it probably would have worked and not torn up the dash..but what can you do.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
