Hard for me to belive but my grand father started my brother and I on a full size Oliver 77 at the age of 7&6 yrs it makes me shudder to think of it now I know at the age of 69yrs old I wouldn't do it today. But I think its great to put your son on a Cub JMD

I also drove a tractor my 1st time when I was 7. I was on my dad's brand new Ford 2000 and a good thing the bush hog was on back, when I started to let out the clutch that new spring was a little strong for my leg to control and I popped my 1st tractor wheelie..... needless to say it wasa a few more months before I got my next opportunity even though the rest of the drive went fine. I also drove my dad's 71 lincoln town car when I was 7 ( I was always big for my age) and my dad actually let me drive it on the road! I'm not going to lay that much on Brian. Dad also put my older brother and me to work 40 hrs a week during the summer. I remember in his later years how he used to lecture me about working all the time, my reply always was "you created this monster it's too late now" haha
