Default 1862 wiring help/diagram needed

I'm swapping out the M18 with a 18 hp command out of a 2186 and I'm just getting started on the wiring. I have to match up the motor harness from the command with the wiring harness on the 1862 and I have a couple extra wires to identify and figure out what to do with. If I could get a diagram for both tractors that would save me a lot work. Any help would be great!

Here is the manual for the M18. It has some electrical diagrams that might help. I can't help much with the 2168.

Thanks again for the help. I got it fired up and it sounds great! The next thing I have to figure out is the pto, the one from the 1862 has one brown wire and the pto on the command has two wires. I've seen a post of a similar engine swap where they cut the drive shaft and added the 2", can anyone tell me the best way to go about it?

Get a driveshaft from an 1864...that's the same tractor with the engine you've installed in it.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
