Absolutely NOT! Just leave it right there, I'll come pick it up for you and help you save the gas of hauling it off. :biggrin2.gif: of course I am just kidding. It definitely looks like it is saying, "I am ready to be loved!"

With the two levers, it looks like bull dozer steering. (On Edit, it's the first picture that looks that way. Steering column looks like a 2nd lever)
I think you best kick the Dodge truck in the background to the curb. I'll be right out to get rid of it for you. My old Dodge needs parts....... |

$300, With no other attachments I don't think that's a good deal at all, considering the how much $$ it will take to make it look oem. But it's definitely worth saving, does it have the original motor? If so are all the components there too? No options at all from what I can see so $225 seems good to me, maybe $250(if it runs). Just my

Structurally it looks ok.....check to see if any of the junk added on the rear is bolted using existing holes, or if he drilled a bunch of new ones.... Jeff (teet)

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
