Parts Interchange
Hi Folks! Since I'm new to the Cub Cadet game I need a little education on parts interchange between models. Let's say I have a 129 and I find a ported pump from a 1250, is that going to fit? How about other items such as a rear lift linkage? Is this simply determined by frame type? How much can a guy reasonably expect to use off if a tractor with a different model number?

Your ported pump, if/when you find one, needs to be CLEAN and NOT have been ROBBED of the port fittings and also the 2 valves!!
Especially important IF you buy sight unseen and the seller ships it, or you might just end up with a heavy expensive door stop and a very unhappy and in my case pissed off female rural carrier with an now oil stained carpet in her Jeep.
