Default Front wheel suggestions for 102

Hello everyone,
Currently doing some work to a 102 I recently bought. The tractor had been sitting unused for probably over 20 years.after rebuilding carb, changing cables, fluids, battery etc. Got the old girl running like a champ. Just got new rear ag tires delivered today (deestone d405 23x8.50-12) excited about that of course! Now I need to order front tires and wheels, currently running 16x6.50-8 turfs. Want to swap out to the deestone tri rib tire 4.50-8. I know I'll want to swap out the front wheels for the skinnier tires. Any suggestions on suppliers and size? Axle diameter is 3/4 inch diameter.
Thanks in advance,
Tractorfan

Not for sure if you are asking for suppliers for tires or for rims? I have done business with Miller Tire for a long time and have been pleased with fair prices and quality products.

Another positive experience for Miller Tire. They have tires, tubes and rims. they have free delivery to shows ( might be a bit difficult with the covid-19 right now)

I got the skinny tri ribs for my 125 and love them.

Thanks Jeff in Pa and cub 123. Miller sounds like my one stop shop for my tires, rims and tubes. I'll check out the website. Jeff, good looking cub you got, those tires and rims are exactly what I'm looking for, dig the cab as well.

Hey Jeff,
For your 125, did you go with the 3.75 inch wide wheel for your tri ribs? My front wheels currently are like the one you have pictured in the top photo. Wondering if the skinnier tri ribs work with the wider rims or if I should order the skinnier ones.
Thanks, Tractorfan

Yes, I used the narrow rims. Miller also carries a wide tri rib too.

That is my "winter / snow" 125. I have used wide smoothies, narrow smoothies, narrow knobbies and tri ribs for snow removal and the narrow tri ribs win hands down.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
