Default Anybody seen Mark?

So, what happened to Yosemite Sam? I miss reading his posts. Very knowledgeable guy. Be a shame to loose him.

He and I are pretty good friends. Just sent him a PM earlier this week, but have yet to hear back from him. Like yourself, I am concerned from not hearing from him in a while.

Here's to you Mark, hope you are in good health and spirits!

This is known to have happen before. He'll be back, I'm sure. I hope he's in good health at any rate. Anyone try his web site????

I'm looking for a specific drive shaft and was going to inquire with him, but it looks like his site is down.

Mark sent me a PM. He is just very, very, very, busy! He is well and enjoying life. He has some engineering work he is doing, so keep your eyes open for some cool innovation from him!!! He sends his best to everyone and appreciates your concern for him!

**He did mention that he, much like myself, is tired of having all of the drama on here. For several of us who have been here for years, its getting really old to read the comments that are tearing this forum apart. Mark pulls more weight here, as he is a sponsor, so where his voice speaks, mine whispers.....though it echoes the same message. The very fact that we have threads that address this or even worse, threads that are intended to "mock" someone else is disheartening. Maybe I need a LONG break from here, as well?

Thanks Cub Cadet 123 for the update. It's good to hear that Mark is well, and busy. Both good things to be. And will look forward to the "cool innovations".

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
