Default Hydraulic adapters

A while back I ordered some Parker sm-251-4fp quick couplers to add front and rear ports to the 1211, I'd like to run 3/8 brake line from the spool to the couplers but I'm having a hard time finding adapters to hook the 3/8 line to the couplers. According to Parker the fittings are 1/4-18, is that the same as 1/4 npt? Can anybody point me in the right direction? Thanks.

According to google 1/4" npt is 18 tpi and .540" o.d. I don't have any knowledge of how that corresponds to the parking fittings.

According to Parker, the Port Connection is: 1/4" - 18 Female NPSF.

According to what I've read npt male will seal fine in npsf female so the fittings I ordered should be fine, the fittings will be here Wednesday.

Normal pipe threads are tapered, just make sure that the threaded fittings are not national pipe straight thread. The fittings may work but the tapered thread may not seal all to well into the straight.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
