Yup, Hy-Tran ultra is the correct fluid. It is available in Quarts, gallons & larger quantities.

I went to my Cub dealer & he said they didnt have Hy-tran. Asked me what I had, told him an older 1872, he said you need this.... and handed me a quart bottle with Cub Cadet on the front, like $8 qt.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
