A 2072 Super
Any advice on what this Super is worth? Owner says it runs and mows well. Don't know the hours on the Kohler Mag 20 engine. What kind of offer would you make?
Also any advice on pros and cons of the 2072. Thanks.

If it runs good and everything works as it should I'd say it's worth $1500.

I picked up mine for south of what Olds45512 said with the 3pt hitch although the hydro input seal was leaking, the carb was junk and the paint/body was rougher than how this one looks FWIW. The fixed jet carbs are junk and i replaced mine with an adjustable carb off from a KT17.
As far as pros/cons - i think the 2072 is pretty awesome; it's been a workhorse for me. When i get on an 1810 after running my super it just feels tiny and so short! I say go for it and make and offer, the worst you get is turned down!

Not a bad looking machine.. and it's got a 60" Haban to boot.. I'm with Tim... If it runs and mows well $1200 to $1500 would be a fair offer... good luck with your quest!!
