73 won't start
Ok, here is a Little up date on the 73. I had to rewire the thing which took a few days and last night tried to get it to turn over. After a couple tries I walked away to get something and when I tried it again all that would happen was a click from the solenoid. Can anyone help?

First of all, is your battery fully charged? This is generally the first thing we all do if the solenoid clicks. Secondly, what was the reason for rewire in the first place..... as if was this working before or not?
And it will be helpful to know if you have a VOM or a test light.

(A) Is it wired correctly per the Wiring Diagram..??
(B) Is there "good" grounding between the Battery and the Frame..?? (C) Is the Starter Solenoid properly grounded..??

False alarm. Like you said, the battery was not fully charged. I charged it for an hour and she turned right over.
 To answer your question the tractor was not running when I got it. The wiring was fried to the point that it was falling apart when it was wiggled. I just took the head off to unstick the intake valve. Probably going to get a new gasket tomorrow.
