Default Today's haul.

We just picked this up today from the original owners. Came with a 38 inch deck and a CC 42 snowthrower. They bought a new cub cadet so they had no reason to keep it. Also ran to get a parts 105 to use some parts for my 124 project. I'll get more pics in the AM.

Good job Connor.
Now stop cause if you keep gathering them up where will I get more?
It's not so easy for us to find them out here is it? It's not like PA where evidently guys are tripping over old cubs.

If that's the case, I'm trying to thin out the herd. Come get my 1650 and why not a good running 1250. I seem to gather a lot of quietlines.

Im not the only one that thinks cubs grow on trees in PA. Lol.

I hope they bought a new Cub 25-30 years ago, otherwise they are going to wish they had not sold the old one.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
