Got the 149 split
I took of the fender pan about 6 months. (at least) I haven't got around to it since. Finally got tired of it not being usable, so I ordered the cork gasket and did a little work tonight. Gasket should be here in the next couple days. Hope to have it up and going in the next 6 months...

While it is certainly easier to replace the cork gasket with the tractor split, it's not necessary. I've done it by simply removing the tunnel cover and fenders.
