Default CC122 Brakes
Does anyone know what the size of the adjustment bolt is for the brake assembly, tried looking on a parts list but it just says its a square head bolt with a jam nut. Not seeing length or thread size.

Thank you, there wasn't one in the tractor, so had no idea. Started driving the tractor and no brakes

Ok I installed the adjustment bolt and jam nut, but I'm still not able to brake or clutch to switch gears, any ideas?

Nice looking 122 & nice looking garden.

I don't see a creeper handle?

I'm guessing that you have looked at an exploded view of the brake and clutch parts involved in your problem and you know that all the parts are there, including the push rod and ball.

As far as the clutch not working you're going to have to either take the cover off or crawl underneath and push the pedal down and let it back up, so you can see what it's not doing that it is supposed to do.

If it has set outside, the clutch disk could be stuck or rusted to the plates.

Yeah....not fortunate enough to have a creeper yet, it's on my want list.
I installed the adjustment bolt and there is a piston piece I can grab with my fingers and move around, it almost seems like it could be removed but not enough clearance. I did spray some rust bomb behind that piston thinking maybe something is stuck in place.
