it was about 2 hours south of me in central Illinois. Originally the intention was to go there for a set of weights and a front blade seeing I can't find the correct one locally. I have a front blade for the 1968+ but not the period correct one which I was wanting. Anyways, after finding out he only has the later style as well I ended up getting the backfill blade from him instead. All in all it was a good cub day.
My goal is to get all the implements/attachments that are available for the 100. I'm off to a good start but it'll be a work in progress just like the cub itself. I will still be hunting for a good hood as mine has no center brace.
As of now though I have Lights, duals with IH adapters, 3 point, IH assist spring, Assist spring for the lift bar, back rest, brinly U bracket, 10" one bottom plow, 2 sets IH weights, fenders, 38" cast end deck, NON period correct front blade, creeper gear, and the backfill blade. there will be more to come but I think that's it for now.

Thats awesome! I really want to get one of those for my 149. I think I would prefer it on that over my 100 because of the hydro lift.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
