On my daughters Original it has a dealer sticker on it and it's hard to read. I'm trying to find out what dealer it is from and it's location. Can anyone id this dealer sticker? Mabe your tractor has the same sticker? Mabe someone recognizes it? Here is a pic, it's not in the greatest shape. Thanks.

I once saw someone use brake fluid ( not brake cleaner )on a rag to remove paint from a decal without it hurting the decal, can guarantee it will work is this case but if all else fails it might be worth a try.

I've used the aircraft strip spray from advance on my engine ID tags that were sprayed over by someone and it bubbles fast, if you get it off as soon as it bubbles you can save it

I think my water heater has that same "for service call" sticker. I'll go check and report back the dealer.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
