An 1811 w/ a 44C deck will use a 754-3003 Belt.

Thank you for the help.

Where/ how does the 44c relate to the 44lt I have on the nameplate? I could find no reference to 44lt during my search. And all kinds of conflicting info. Example:

" 954-3003
754-3003
IH 135469 C1
NEW OEM MULE DRIVE 21/32 X 88 1/2" BELT
MODEL 358 44 44C inch & 50 inch 360 3 SPINDLE DECKS"

Which does not coorelate to some of what I've found. Or is it the model # that's the tell? Or have I just lost it between the ears?

If you have deck 190-392-100, then you will need 954-3029 belt.

OK, there is something wrong here. A 190-392-100 is a 44" deck for a Lawn Tractor. I doubt this would mount nor work on a Garden Tractor. So, let's see a picture of the deck along with the ID tag.

Hello folks, I also searched for an hour last weekend for a part number or belt size info for my 392190 44LT deck that is under my 1430 tractor. Nowhere did I find reference to the model 1430 tractor, and only this thread that referenced a belt for the 392190 deck.
I checked several parts sources and only found a drive belt for the hydro unit on a similar model.
I decided to take my deck to the parts store and try belts until I had one that fit properly. The belt I wanted was for the blades, the belt that is under the safety covers and routes around all three blade pulley's, the tensioner and the jackshaft on the deck.
My pulley's measure 5" at their widest diameter. The belt that fit was 1/2" x 86". Gates #6886.I don't know what the official Cub number is was or might be. I am satisfied with scribing the 1/2"x 86" on my 392190 44LT deck and mowing again.
As an aside, last year when I needed a belt to drive the deck, the belt that wraps around the magnetic clutch and the jackshaft on the deck, I found the Gates belt# B-57 worked best. That belt is 21/32" x 60", the original belt was a 59" belt, but my machine would spit that belt off once or twice a season. Your results may vary.
I hope this post is help full to the folks who still own a 1430 model lawn tractor, or a 392190 44LT deck. We are few.

Welcome to OCC!

Your deck takes a 954-3029. 4LX59" (1/2" belt)
Just use partstree.com or go to the Cub Cadet parts look up site. It's really easy. Took me like 30 seconds to find that. No reason to spend "hours" looking for something as simple as a belt.

Thank you for the responses to my first post. I went back to the look up site and gave it another try and sure enough after grasping the protocol I found the belt size that I was looking for last weekend. 1/2" x 86" for the blade pulley's. Not the first time I have had to try more than once to "get it". Now I know that whatever item I may desire for my mower is a brief search away, I like that. Not all projects of mine have such a resource.
Thanks again and happy Cadet collecting!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
