Default Getting the 2182 dressed for plow day
Hey All,
I decided to try out the 2182 this year for plow day. I got the wheels and tires changed over, need to put the 3 point on tomorrow along with the wheel weights. Does anyone know if the axle braces that xtreme sales for the supers will work with the 3 point hitch?

Their race brace will. That's what I have on mine.

What 3 point are you using? The factory and the Ruegg 3 points fit. If your going to use the one that Xtreme sell you need to cut off the last bolt hole on the brace that I designed. Aaron and I have been talking about removing it anyway, it probably doesn't add anything. The brace that Tim has is what Aaron calls a "Race Brace". I don't know how well it strengthens the frame.

Mike this is a pic of CadPlans 2284 with the SGT brace. The bolts that go through the lower hitch need to be 1" longer if memory serves than what comes in the kit. When you call Aaron make sure you tell him you need the original design for the brace and if he has any question to call me.
