I'm looking into buying a set of Carlisle 26x12x12 tru powers for my 782. My only concern is if they'll clear the 50" deck. I believe I've got a set of 10.5 wide rims, but I've got to double check.

Stick with 23X10.50X12's. You don't need that big a tire on a 782. All that will do is kill the torque.

Are you sure they will clear the fenders?

![]() I have 23 x 10.50 Ag's on my 784 and I have no traction issues. Seems, I have seen people having clearance issues with that larger tire on the non SGT tractors.

I have to agree with these guys. My 23X10.50s are close to my 50" deck, and that is with stock 8.5 wide wheels. I don't see them fitting with 10.5 wheels. Also, your tractor will have a "raked" look unless you are going to put larger tires on the front as well.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
