Cub Cadet 124 wont start
Hey guys,
I left my tractor sit for the last 5 years. I cleaned the bad gas out of the tank and rebuilt the carb but she still wont run. I have spark cause I can get it to run briefly with starting spray in carb. Any ideas? thanks

First off,
 Second, you started this thread in the wrong section. I'm sure a moderator will move it for you. Now, to your question. If it runs on starting spray, you are not getting fuel to the carb. Did you: *Replace the fuel line *replace the sediment bowl, or add a fuel filter *turn the gas on *what did you actually do to "rebuild" the carb *lightly "thump" on the side of the carb. New needle valves tend to stick. Use the handle end of a screwdriver to thump on it lightly..... usually that works.

Take the bowl back off and make sure the middle jet of the carb (where the screw holds the bowl on) is clear up inside, also there are a couple holes in the side of that tube that draws the fuel in, make sure they aren't clogged either.
