Default 1204 what's it worth?

Cub Cadet 1204 with front-mounted snow-blade, and IH Windbreaker cab.

Fabric and blade is currently off of the tractor, but easy to put on...Get ready for snow,

Owner says the canvas is good but the clear plastic is cracked and needs replaced.

I'm more interested in the value of the cab than anything.

I'd give $400 for it, but I really want a cab too!

I know the 1204 isn't a real desirable tractor. I'd think the cab would be worth something as well as the blade.

I'm surprised this hasn't taken more hits.

I wish it was closer to me! How much does he want for it?

$650, tractor, blade and cab. No deck.

I'd like to have a cab. Don't need one. Just something to have. Don't need the blade either. Don't really want the tractor.

Yeah, so what is just the cab worth? I guess that's the real question.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
