They have not found my neighbor. It would be good for his family if they would. By now, he could be in the ocean.
They found one of my tillers for a cub buried 6 foot down in debris under a bridge. This was a mile away. I watched my 12 in. brinly get swept away but it turned up undamaged a short distance away. I believed it was gone for good that time but I wasn't going after it. We were really fortunate in that the back door held. We only had a small puddle (considering) inside. Debris filled the cracks and stopped the water. The door itself was bending at the bottom. It pushed the trailer into the Cadillac and both moved toward the house just upstream and outside that door. The car and trailer funneled the water toward the door.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
