Hey Allen, That's a good looking seat. You have a very nice lady there for a wife.

When are we going to see a freshly painted #2 trailer? I've been keeping my eye out for it.

I've got a 100 myself now. A guy came over and saw my 8 ft jon boat and said he had a cub he'd trade. Since I haven't used the boat for years and didn't have a 100 I said sure. I stored it immediately though because I have three others I'm presently working on. It's pretty complete except for the hood ornament and even has the rear lift as well as a good cast deck. I was fixing some lawncare equipment he had so I let two of those jobs go in the deal too for free. He was happy....I was happy.

Good hearing from you again....Wayne

Thanks for the great comments, guys! We really appreciate them.

Bill: You said it all!

Cub Cadet 123: I'll get you a pic of the back.

Wayne: Great hearing from you! You'll see a painted #2 cart next year. It's on the agenda.

Now you're not going to have anything to open Christmas morning! You'd better just put a bow on it and not use it until December 25th!

Cub Cadet 123,

Here's the rear pic, you wanted. It looks like the backrest bracket is crooked. That'll be fixed.

ACecil: That is really nice and it sure does help when the wife helps. If it wasn't for my lovely wife (Maws) this hobby would be tough.

Now second guessing, that is a mistake LOL, a wife, you sure she isn't making a statement like: Honey I gave you this pretty seat now when are going to paint that thing

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
