Default Sprayer

Ok, so it's not a Cub Cadet sprayer - but if it's gonna play on this team it's got to wear the colors!

I wired up a switch on the dash so I can turn the pump on and off from the seat. I have another mod in mind so I can hang the hose and wand.

Great looking set up! I bought one this past winter that had only been used once, but I haven't had the time to set it up. Mine is red though and since it is powder coated without a single scratch, I am going to leave it be for now....maybe pull it behind my 782.

I have a few modifications in mind for mine. One thing I noticed is its hard dealing with the hose when in operation. This thing has 25 feet of hose and I have to wrap it around the tractor seat and sit on it to keep it from getting caught in the tractor tires. I'm thinking of building a hose hanger to keep the hose out of the way but easly accessed when needed.

I'll follow up with some pics when I get it built.

I did to Diz. And tired of all the hand pumping.

I planned on buying a 15 gallon sprayer but as luck may have it this 28 gallon was on sale for less than the 15.

Now I can sit in my tractor seat and hit the eves of my house with bug spray.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
