They should be IH 935 white and you can get them in a can at Cub Cadet dealers.

Tractor Supply Co. has a good looking IH White in rattle cans by Valspar. I've used it on a bunch of wheels, seems to hold up well.

I've got a couple of years time logged on my Sears suburban, with the white parts painted in the TSC stuff. Very nice so far, and the gloss has held.

I agree, the valspar is good stuff, that's what I used on my tiller

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
