Default Wanted to try somthing different

I picked this up over the weekend from craigslist, i know its not a cub but i wanted to try somthing different. Its a Massey Ferguson 12 it has a Tecumseh 12 horse on it that has been rebuilt and it runs great but it needs a starter. Just need to find some attachments for it.

I'm not color blind. I can appreciate any good ol tractor, even tho I might prefer the CC's. John Deere may be the only one which doesn't trip my trigger.

Nothing wrong with other colors, I just bought a Wheel Horse Raider 12 a few weeks ago, it is a nice, all original machine. I don't believe in sticking to one brand only.

at least there are some people here who appreciate other garden tractors other than cubs. great looking Massey. there are three massey 8 tractors in NY for sale for $100. i was thinking about going to get them but i have too many other projects in my way, plus the accident i got into the other night left my truck a little banged up

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
