vw powered 125 cub cadet
me and my dad put a vw bus engine on a 125 it worked well until we hooked it to a pulling sled and busted the rearend. right now we are fixing it up with a straight solid steel axle with chains coming off the vw transmision sprockets

i dont have any dimensions or anything we just grabbed our welder and torches with some scrap metal and made our motor mounts. and modified a connector on the crankshaft to connect our driveshaft into. and eyeball the driveshaft to make sure theres no wabble in it.

You still have bus tranny? are you using that tranny? Do you want a beetle irs tranny? they are smaller in size.

we bought a beetle tranny off of my neighbor. we just didn't get a clutch with it and man are they high at the parts house $100. that guy was fresh out of them but we are still a little ways away from needing a clutch and hopefully he will have one by then.

I don't have a bus tranny. i'll wait and see if this guy gets anymore clutches in and if he doesn't I might have to get back with you. thanks anyway.
