Yep, just went searching....found it. Then re-read the posting. Just using this picture to "show" what his tractor looks like. Was really shaking my head wondering why he would sell that tractor!! The background and the carry all clicked in my pea brain head

That was quick work Merk! "This posting has been deleted by its author." The funny thing is, his tractor probably looked absolutely nothing like yours, that always irks me.. "I dont have a pic, but I swear it looks just like this one...."...ya right!

I did call the party. He made comments that his tractor didn't have fenders. I did do a search on mike....he and a buddy buy and sell old tractors.....calls them lawn ornaments. He wouldn't tell me where he got the picture from. I told him he needed to remove the picture of MY Cub.

I don't mind anyone using my pictures for personal use. I do mind when someone when someone uses my pictures for profit. I did add something to my pictures so any one looking at them knows who was the orginal poster.

This isn't the first time this has happen and I hope this will be the last time.

I think it was a good thing to bring it to his attention. I had seen the add and just brushed it off that someone borrowed his pic off the the net somewhere.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
