hydro problem
I fired up the 123 this morning, and let it warm up a few minutes, took off, got about 10' and it just rolled to a stop. As if the thing fell into neutral. Lever moves freely, everything is still hooked up, and moving freely, but it will not move. I'm thinking it has something to do with the 25 degree temp outside. I think it is the check valves .

You may be correct, although it has been my experience that if temperature is a factor, the first ten feet are the ones that are the most difficult.
It's not an easy trick, but check the spiral pin that goes in the rear coupler and transmission input shaft. It may look fine on the outside but it could be sheared inside the coupler, if it is, the drive shaft and coupler will turn but the input shaft will not.
