Default What I did on my summer vacation Part 2

Shot the white today for the 1211,Shot the white yesterday for the original hood and the 3 pt, grill, an a 100 grill.I still have some yellow to shoot on the original, dash tower, and front mule drive cover.Still gotta blast the headlights and the brackets, and some small stuff.Gotta get a seat for it also.I am painting outside with a tarp over head.the bugs are not a problem it is the spiders....

Okay,
I started a little more painting on the frame, not a full bare frame paint but pretty much all the paint you see when the parts are put on.

Hey Lowest prices on pet food, come and get it!!

Time to put the pieces together.

Today's progress,
Well I never did prime the fenders for the Original but I got a little further along on the other parts.

Last year I blasted and primed a BUNCH of parts,so if I have any extra paint in the gun,I'll do those too, don't want to waste the paint!

Sweet! Looks great....I like the looks of it so far. Those tires look great all mounted up, nice and wide. The yellow looks great I think. Can't wait to see it in natural sun light completely assembled. You have any "before" pictures of it?

Nice job!! Wish I could paint outside. The lady bugs (Japanese beetles?) are awful right now.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
