Default 1450 Drive Shaft Removel
I tried searching but didn't have any luck . Does anyone have a easier way to remove the drive shaft on the 1450 , with the engine and rear still in it ? I want to replace the fan , and trying to figure out how to do it without removing the engine again , which I just got done putting back in . Yea , I know , why didn't I change it then , well after a little accident breaking a couple blades here I am . Any body got a short cut ? Thanks

(A) You can unbolt the Flex Disc Couplers.

(B) Drive the Spirol Pins out of the couplers, and move them down the shaft.

Thanks . After doing the post I went back and thought about it more and wound up doing that . I only had to drive the rear pin out and was able to get it all out . Thanks for the help .
