Key switch for 100
I'm finely back to working on the 100 restore that I posted some months ago, After some very serious back surgery and lots of not doing very much at all, I'm finely able to stand and walk for short periods.
 Anyway I have been ordering needed parts, I have a question about the key switch. Will any 2 pole key switch work. Cub cadet shows one but, $49.97 plus shipping is a little stiff for me. When I get things going again on the 100 I will revive the original post. Thanks Larry

Yes, $50.00 seems a bit excessive. If PC is not a concern, any On/Off key switch will work. Indak 2A431A will work.

Get a true IH key switch. Or, what I mean is a switch that uses the original IH key. You don't have to pay $50 for one.

If you are not too concerned with correct, you can use any single pole (on/off) toggle switch as well.
ch55014.jpg It doesn't prevent anyone from starting the tractor, but it will work the same as the key switch. You may need to use washers to make it fit the hole, but no cutting or anything else required. Under $10.
