Default 1864 after oil seal

Hi everyone.
I had a leaking flywheel side oil seal, so of course I had to pull the engine to gain access. I did that and removed all the covers and man what a mess. It was obviously leaking for a good while.
A lot of buildup that was more like putty than oil. Regardless, I cleaned everything and installed the new seal.
With 667 hours on it I decided to pull the driveshaft to clean both CVs and they were also like putty. I got it all cleaned and reinstalled. After putting everything back together it started and sounded pretty good.
The difference that I noticed, I have a vibration that I never had before. When I removed the bolts holding the engine plate I noticed that a couple were fairly loose. Everything is tight now, could this cause a vibration that wasn't there before? The engine plate being loose would have had some freedom of movement but I'm not sure so I'm asking about this new vibration.

What should I look for? It had no vibration before the engine removal.

A loose engine plate could cause a vibration.

I bought a tractor a while back. It had a little vibration and some noise while it was running. Three of the six engine mounting bolts were missing.

Check the drive shaft bolts.

I guess I assumed your vibration was gone after you put the bolts back tight.

After you check the driveshaft bolts, crank it up and look for run out in the driveshaft.

Yes the bolts are tight now.
I thought about the driveshaft as well.
I think I'll pull the center cover and put an eye or two on it while it's running.
I'm going to check all engine mounting bolts too.

Yeah, I'd be somewhat leery, don't drive it with the cover off, chit can happen pretty fast. DON'T ask me how I know...
