124 sleeve hitch

In this ebay link the piece of flat stock steel that runs to the back of the lift arm from the lift lever in the front of the tractor is what i'm wondering about. Wear are the holes are drilled and how long is the piece of steel. I'm planning on making a sleeve hitch for my new cub so just wondering.
