That's a lo boy, I believe the model number is either a 154 or 184.

You don't see lots of them, but their around. A buddy of mine repainted one for a friend. Looked very good! Like an over grown cub cadet!

X2 on 154. Biggest annoyance for me about those is the off center steering wheel. (so I know they aren't centered on a Cub Cadet BUT they aren't as obvious as a lo boy) They had clutch issues, and were 1) too small for a farm and 2) too big for an average yard. Some people love 'em.

Here are a couple links to ones near me for sale that are in decent looking shape---notice the styling is much like a Cadet. Don't confuse these with a Cub lo-boy--that is just a Farmall Cub tractor that has been lowered. The 154 and other numbered lowboys are a breed of their own built to look like a Cadet but with the 4 cylinder Cub engine dropped in the frame. I'm pretty certain the rear end is the same as a Cub and older Cadets.
