1811 Floating Question
Hey There,
So I found that there is no Float pin installed so the attachments should float. I did some testing the other day by using my blade and putting a couple of blocks under it to keep it from going down all the way. When I lowered the attachment lift bar would stay so it acted like it would float but it seemed to be very stiff. Are you supposed to be able to move the lift bar by hand with nothing attached? Should it be lubricated to make it move easier? Thanks Phil

If you lets say have your hyd lift in the lowered position pertaining to your cylinder, you should be able to get behind the tractor, grab those 2 3pt arms and lift them freely which is your float. In most cases you always want it to float when plowing etc... It could feel a little stiff depending on if you don't use your lift much.
