Nope, not at all.
As far as I know there were never any Cub Cadet valve stems on the inside.

If yours are on the inside, the wheels are from another brand GT.

Sears suburbans had the valve stems on the inside of the rear wheels and I think another one did as well, .....maybe wheelhorse.

I have several Sears and a Gravely that have the valve stems on the inside... As far as I remember all my Cub Cadets both wide and narrow have the valve stems on the outside
