Default Front tires??

I need to get tires all around, but my issue is my yard.. Now, I have a lot of grass, and some bigger hills that are about 15 foot in length, 45deg or so angle.. My question is aimed for ags, on all four tires.. I don't want to hurt the yard, but I need the grip.. I don't really hot rod around. Why I am looking for ags on all four, my yard also bowls.. So I am mowing sideways at some points in my yard.. I have 6ribs on my front, and they slide all over the place. Just no control.. I was wondering from the guys and girls that use them for all four, on a scale from 1-10, 10 killing the yard, 1 no damage.. Again, I have no traction. I have burn marks from trying to make it up the hill. I can deal with the ag dents.. I am done with turf tires.. Please some one help!!

Rear ags will fix your traction issues. Get tri ribs or v61's for the front. Ags are drive tires.

I would go V61s on the front to help spread the load out. Tri ribs tend to peel out divots if you turn too fast on soft turf. Which tractor are we talking about?

Some rear weights will make a huge difference. On the 124 which is my mower I have inner and outer rear weights , 50# peice, 200 lbs of weight on turf tires and handles the serious hills in my yard awesome.

I mow some pretty hilly terrain. I run chains on turf tires all year 'round. No issue with traction on wet grass on hills whatsoever.

A set of chains is cheaper than new tires. Might just solve your problem.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
