Wild Bill-

That's looking as good or better than the 100 I restored. I hope you can find the time to finish that thing (it'd help if it quit snowing, wouldn't it?) because I can't wait to see it finished.

At least you know the paint will be good and cured by the time you get around to using it...:biggrin2.gif:

I guess I should post a few pics of my 1967 cub cadet 122. I found it at a local church for $50.00 , took it home cleaned the carburetor and have been in love with her ever since. I do have a deck for it but, had it off for my snow blade. I now have a QA36a snow thrower on it right now. This spring is clutch time and I got a deal on a creeper drive to attach as well.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
