Doesn't look bad, guess it depends on how bad you want it.

not sure what your driving but a 4 hour ride in my truck hauling that one way would cost between $130 and $150 total. now your up to $325 and based off the condition of the rest of the tractor id be ok with that price even if an overhaul was needed at some point.

I think I would've picked it up yesterday!
![]() Looks like it has very nice original paint. You'd better "steal" that thing for the $175 he's/she's asking. Maybe offer $125 when you get there since it smokes. We'd all like more pics after you pick it up.

There's always the dilemma when you find a SMOKING deal far away. Looks like a good deal and you already know the risk. Now... a whole day driving is the question... you got to want it bad .....

Well rest of it looks to be in good shape, I would go get it just call before you leave and be sure it's gonna be there when u get there. Me and dad went to get him a fridge from a lady once drove an hr and a half and she sold it before we got there and he had already told her he was coming. She didn't care

4 hours would be more of a time thing for me then anything.
That being said I need a good seat and a front tire for my 129...that's almost $175.00 right there. :-) K |

You can't get much for $175 these days. If you don't go and you know you'll be walking around kicking yourself for not going, go get it. It's looks real nice for the money. It always comes back to, how much do you want it. If it were free would you go get it then? It's almost free.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
