A couple of weeks ago I got my Snow thrower tractor out and did a little work on it. The thrower is currently off getting some attention as to avoid any problems this winter.
I gave it a good scrubbing and did a little electrical work to it. I like the results here is a picture.and a short video of the electrical work. http://s913.photobucket.com/user/Goa...C1257.mp4.html I didn't want the "back-up" light to be on all the time and I didn't want to have to turn it on manually each time I wanted to back up. So I made it automatic. The title should read "Snow Thrower tractor" my mistake I apologize!

Good idea. Do you have a manual over-ride on it "just in case"?

Thank you Allen!
It's fused and I did wire in a manual switch, so I can turn it off or on... Probably wont need it much in the daytime. And I don't want the back-up light coming on if I'm trying to hide from the Cops either!

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
