Cub Cadet 915-3004 Pin, Spirol Spring, 1/8 Dia X 1.25 Lg
I've seen worse, like a nail. Check and make sure that the drive arm is not sloppy on the pump shaft.

IMHO it is not quite as bad as it seems. The tranny is not driven by a 1/8 spirol pin. Both the drive shaft attachment and the shaft coming out of the tranny are splined so the spirol pin holds the drive shaft attachment in place. There should not be much torque on the pin. If so that pin would be much heavier.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
