Cub cadet dipstick location
I finally got my mount for my starter generator and it fits weird. Long story short. Is this the right location? I'm almost certain it isn't.

Conner, your dipstick should be on the other side! Now put that thing back over there where it belongs....
Oh, it's a 7 hp. Mine has a plug in it down at the lower part of your oil pan and not a dipstick, that is why you have interference with your S/G. Cub Cadet 123

That's the problem. I don't see any more holes on where to put it. Could you show me where it's supposed to go?

Hey that looks familiar ...
You do have it on the correct way . There should be a little dipstick that screws into the block not that long one you have on there.It looks like the drain plug on you motor but with a little dipstick attached to it.

Huh, well that is cool, I never knew one of the motors had that style dipstick. But, I also have never dealt with Originals. Good info to know.

You are also missing a tin that curves around the cylinder just above where the starter/generator goes.
