Default Got a cub 86

Hi, just expanded my IH cub collection today with a nice original condition 86. (Other than John Deere rear rims/tires)Has a snowblower and 38" deck with it. On account of the weather I just opted to leave it set at the sellers until the snow stops so I can't put pics up yet. Anyways, two things I know I'll need is the IH cover on the steering wheel and IH emblem on the grille. Where can I find these? Thanks, Rick

This is it, it's at my dads . Realistically I won't do much with it til spring when I'm somewhere with the facilities to fool with it. Got a shock when I saw what mufflers are going for these things! I don't know why but I can't put up more than one photo at a time. I'll put up another of the emblems I need, site sponsors didn't seems to have them

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
