Default Seat time :)

I gotta say there is nothing better than seat time on the Cub even if the temps are 7 F and wind chills below 0 F . We got another 3" of snow last night and 3 other snows coming our way. Theres just something about seeing the snow fly through the air while your neighbor stands with his shovel watching me. Maybe its the purple carhart bibs ?

So how many others out there just go looking for things to do to spend more time on your IH CC ? This year ive been doing my neighbors driveway and the whole neighborhoods sidewalks cleaning snow. Nothing better to me,well unless in out in the dark with the lights on

Everyone is spread out around here, I need a small easy-load trailer so I can get to the places I would be able to blow and help out, maybe next year...

A nice trailer is good to have for those reasons. We have the trailer but when it comes to pulling it around right now our truck is in the garage ....so I just stick close to home...

I enjoy seat time killing grass or playing in the dirt, snow not so much.

I enjoy riding around when the lawn is nice and green. The smell of fresh cut grass
Don't seem as enjoyable in the winter, cold, wet and the snow stinks

Every season is great for some seat time! I find any excuse to get the cubs out.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.

MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
