Does anyone know where to get a correct set of hood decals for my 100? All the ones availible seem to have the zeros too squared off. The one is shaped funny also. I ordered a set from Maple Hunter and they look good but aren't quite right. My original zeros are very round. I also have a 70 that has the more round zero's. I know it sounds picky but I would like to put it back right.
Thanks Jay

I'll say the same place you'll find a Danco UD-6, NOS 82 series IH emblem, or a set of handles and/or valve for a Danco loader...on eBay, or through one of the few Cub Cadet parts vendors that deal in NOS parts. Do an eBay search and "follow" that search, and eBay will email you when something is listed that matches your search. I checked IHCCW and CCSpecialties, with no luck. MapleHunter either makes them for everyone else, or buys them from the same place as the other vendors. I'm not really sure, since I couldn't get them to make me a custom set. You could always have them made by a local graphics shop, or wait until a set becomes available, but you probably already knew all of this. BTW, I'm looking for all of the items given in my example.

Jay, I will have to quote your dad. "Slap what you have on there and let Buck Suck!" I still don't know what it means to "let Buck Suck!" but he seems to know.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester. During the 1960s, IH initiated an entirely new line of lawn and garden equipment aimed at the owners rural homes with large yards and private gardens. There were a wide variety of Cub Cadet branded and after-market attachments available; including mowers, blades, snow blowers, front loaders, plows, carts, etc. Cub Cadet advertising at that time harped on their thorough testing by "boys - acknowledged by many as the world's worst destructive force!". Cub Cadets became known for their dependability and rugged construction.
MTD Products, Inc. of Cleveland, Ohio purchased the Cub Cadet brand from International Harvester in 1981. Cub Cadet was held as a wholly owned subsidiary for many years following this acquisition, which allowed them to operate independently. Recently, MTD has taken a more aggressive role and integrated Cub Cadet into its other lines of power equipment.
