Advice on removing Engine Shroud on a 782
I would like to remove the engine shroud(tin) on my 782 so I can clean it but several of the bolts holding it at the bottom are hard to reach let alone get a socket or open end wrench around. Any one out their have any tips or tricks they are willing to share to make this job a bit easier.

Yep pull the engine. Easy way to do it is to remove the six 3/8" bolts that hold the motor plate to the frame and pull the whole thing. I pull the grill off first. Pics are from a 1872 but yours is the same deal.

Relax, it is an easy job. 1st time maybe 1 hour. I can do them now in 20-30 mins and I'm old and slow.

I've done it a time or ten, the first time is a little intimidating, but it becomes easier every time.
It's like anything else, the more you do it the faster it goes, I've got the 100 down to 20 minuets. LOT of practice
