Default Model 71 Head Gasket Repair
Hey Everyone, a big shout out to Nikster and his friend Bill. They showed me how to do a head gasket repair on my Model 71, as well as adjusting the carb and points.

Just goes to show that Cub fans (and not only those near Chicago) are a brotherhood. Thanks again Nik!

2-leaks.NO compression, couldn't get it started.



Done & PURRRRRRS like a kitten.



Took Ed over 30min., sanding down the head so it sparkled. I watched.

Cub Cadet is a premium line of outdoor power equipment, established in 1961 as part of International Harvester.
